1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or engaging GenMedha for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or our services.
2. Services Described
GenMedha provides AI strategy consulting, workflow automation, agentic systems development, and related integration and governance services. Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are governed by a separate signed statement of work.
3. Engagement & Payment
Engagements typically follow a phased model (Discovery Sprint, Pilot Build, Production Rollout, Optimization Retainer). Pricing is outcome-based and defined per engagement, not hourly. Payment terms are specified in each statement of work.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, systems, code, and documentation built specifically for a client during an engagement belong to the client upon full payment. GenMedha retains rights to its underlying frameworks, methodologies, and any pre-existing tools used to deliver the engagement.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential business information, data, and system details shared during an engagement private, except as required to deliver the contracted services or by law.
6. Free Tools & Assessments
Tools on this site (AI Readiness Scorecard, ROI Calculator) provide illustrative, directional estimates based on comparable engagements. They do not constitute a guarantee of specific results for your business.
7. Limitation of Liability
GenMedha is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or its free tools. Liability related to a specific engagement is governed by that engagement's statement of work.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction specified in your signed statement of work, or, absent one, the laws of India.
